iPowerUp Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website. This website is owned and operated by iPowerUp®. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Users who do not agree with these terms should refrain from using the website. iPowerUp reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

iPowerUp values the privacy of website users. In operating the company’s website, certain information is collected from users. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information collected and how such information is used.

Information iPowerUp Collects

iPowerUp collects two general types of information from users: personal data (such as names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses) and aggregate data (such as information about traffic patterns on this website, for example, how many users log in daily).

Personal Data

Personal data is collected when users provide information to iPowerUp, for example, in registering for electronic newsletters or other membership services, in answering surveys, purchasing items from the iPowerUp website, and/or registering for contests and other promotional opportunities provided by iPowerUp. The data is also collected when setting up an iPowerUp App account. Correspondence submitted to iPowerUp, including emails, letters, and other communications, may be retained. Such information may be associated with the relevant user profile for record-keeping, customer support, and administrative purposes.

Aggregated Information and Usage Information

Aggregate information, such as pages accessed by users, and information voluntarily provided by users, including survey responses and registration details, is collected through various methods. During use of the iPowerUp website, certain information may be collected automatically. This information includes the referring URL, the destination URL, the browser in use, and the user’s IP address. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when accessing the internet. Web servers identify computers through IP addresses and may log them when pages are requested. iPowerUp does not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

These cookies help identify logged-in users and maintain access to appropriate website services. They also support website functionality during operational changes. Strictly Necessary cookies remember language and region preferences to deliver content. These cookies may also route users to specific service applications or servers.

iPowerUp uses Functionality cookies to:

  • Remember settings applied by users, including layout, text size, preferences, and colors.
  • Remember whether users have already been asked to complete a survey.
  • Indicate when users are logged in to the website.

It may also be used to track and verify compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Personal and aggregated information may also be used to improve website content, perform system administration, customize content and layout, and notify newsletter subscribers of recent news or upcoming events. Users have the option to decline such communications when the information is requested online.

Users who later choose not to receive such communications may update account preferences through the applicable section of the website. Users may also opt out by replying to any email and entering “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line or message. Information and website activity may also be used to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce the Terms of Use.

Disclosure of Collected Information to Third Parties

iPowerUp does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties without users’ prior permission, except to subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, partners, resellers, shipping companies, and service providers. Personal data may also be provided to service providers assisting with website operations.
